You stay in control
The design considers only approved shopping activity relevant to the goal and the agreed purpose. It does not record everything a shopper does.
The plan is checked against your current product, price, stock, and delivery information. Approval applies only to the exact version the shopper reviewed.
If there is not enough information to help—or a service is unavailable—MissionOS should leave the shopper’s normal store experience unchanged.
Getting started
We agree the setup and testing with your team before any trial goes live.
Agree the shopper’s goal, the products and information needed, and where guidance could appear.
Review suggestions without displaying them to customers. Check their quality and permitted data use before enabling them. This is called Shadow evaluation.
Start with agreed pages and a limited group of shoppers. Monitor results and keep a way to turn guidance off without interrupting the store.
Before we build together
You can explore working shopping examples on this website using fictional products and data. The underlying project also includes a reference store connection, planning, checks, and shopper approval. These are foundations for partner testing, not a ready-to-install service. A reusable developer toolkit (SDK), wider commerce-platform certification, and help after checkout are still planned. Readiness for a live store must be validated with each partner.
No—the intended approach keeps your existing storefront and search. Your team chooses where guidance appears and how it looks. The exact setup depends on your store and the shopping experience we agree to test.
No. The design uses only approved shopping events relevant to the goal, not keystrokes, arbitrary page text, or checkout form contents. Using data to improve a model requires separate permission. Connecting your store never overrides its consent rules.
No. Each store’s connections need to be configured and tested against its systems, data quality, permissions, and cart behavior. We start with only the connections needed for the first agreed shopping experience.
